Good intentions!

Seems like each post I have done lately I have told myself that I would keep it up after that....as you can tell I haven't.  Lack of time, lack of motivation, lack of creativity.....etc etc.  I read several blogs and so many of them seem to have a point or their posts and mine seem pretty dull at times when I think of them in my head, therefore I just push it aside.  Let's see if I find new inspiration this time.

I can say we have still tried to take pictures of activities so I uploaded several new albums onto our Shutterfly site that you can look through and enjoy.

We have been fortunate to have visits from friends and family some throughout the last 2 months.  Mimi (Jason's mom), Elissa and her family, my parents and brother.  I love having people come visit and see our life here.    When Mimi was here the boys and Jason went to a Science center for the day and had a lot of fun.  The weather was still cold so inside activities were a must. You will also see that we made a day trip to Chattanooga with the boys one Saturday (we have a pass that got us into the children's museum there).  I love that there are lots of places like that around here, even if you have to drive a bit to get to them.  However, I also LOVE that the weather in the Fall and Spring is so nice that we spend hours and hours outside!! I think I have a better tan (on my arms anyway) here than I did in FL:)

We made a somewhat unplanned trip to FL for a long weekend.  Jason's great Aunt passed away and we made it home for the funeral.  A long trip for the boys in the car but they loved the time they had to play with cousins and see Mimi and Papa.

Easter was great this year!  My brother was planning to visit so I invited my parents to come also.  Saturday morning was to be our church's big Egg Hunt and it was raining and they cancelled it.  We found a Plan B Egg hunt and the boys had a blast. Luckily most of the rain was the night before and the sun came out.  We spent a lot of time at home and playing outside. Church was great and it was just nice to reflect on how awesome Jesus is and his sacrifice for us.  Even more so the fact that he DEFEATED death!!

In some of the other pictures the boys are enjoying going on "treasure" hunts with Jason.  Great to get them out and run and it helps us find new places.

Guess that is good for now.  I will see if I can do better at this.  Even this post alone was started on Saturday and just now finished:) I didn't post many pics to this post because they are all in the albums...you can check them out for Feb, March, and some of April.  .
