Last year we visited a Blueberry Farm and I cannot begin to express how wonderful these blueberries were. Needless to say we couldn't wait to go back again this year. The couple that own and run this place have done a fantastic job and make you feel very welcome. You can tell they take much pride in what they do. We learned last year that if we get to the bottom of the bushes (almost under) we would find alot of big berries and it made the picking go much faster. The boys do a good job helping pick (and eat!!) the berries but towards the end get very tired.
The property also has several fish ponds (fish food is available to feed them) so that is a nice way to entertain the boys while one of us finishes picking. We hope we can make it there again before he is out of berries and the season is up.
