We got home from the hospital on Saturday afternoon and Caden's mood improved greatly. Mimi got here later that evening as well. We were all very tired and I am so gald someone else was there so that Jason and I could get a good nights sleep. Everyone did sleep pretty well, including Caden. He had to get up a few times during the night but all in all I think he had a good night. The nights to follow however we were up and down more with him being uncomfortable or hurting. Luckily that seems to be behind us and after 2 weeks he is sleeping better.
So for the best part of this post....How daddy entertained two little boys on Sunday after we got home and it was raining outside. We decided to stay home from church after all the vents of the prior days and we still weren't up to trying to get a shirt on Caden:) As you may have gathered from other posts and me talking about Caden....he is all about cars and racing them. So they hooked up Cadens track and launched them from the upstairs landing down to a basket on the couch. This entertained them for a while actually:) They have such a great daddy!!

Don't dads have the best ideas? John is way more creative than I am at coming up with games for the kids. Of course, maybe it's because he's less concerned with cleaning up the activity afterwards. :-)
Very very true Angie!! I was very glad he decided to put the basket under to catch the cars because if you knew how many cars this boy has and they all had to go down the track!!!
