Outing with Mimi

It seems the weather is never ideal when Mimi and Papa visit. We tried to make the best of it though. This weekend we have had some major flooding around here. I think we are on day 3 of rain. Friday was all day inside (I think we got 4 or 5 inches of rain that day). We knew that Saturday we would have to get out. The membership to the Discovery Center we got a few months ago has been soooo worth it! We have used it here several times and we have also been able to use it at other Discovery Centers as we traveled. Mimi hadn't been so we took the boys and daddy and Papa had some bonding time "working" in the garage at our house (a bench and a shoe caddy...that is another post). The boys really had a good time running around and looking at some of the things they haven't paid as much attention to before. Of course Caden still spent most of his time at the train table and Blake still spent most of his time just wondering around.
