Perfect Day!

We had a great start to our 3 day weekend. It is unusual for us to not go out of town on a holiday and it has been nice to just be at home. We started our day with a 4 mile jog (I feel it in every part of my body today too). The boys enjoyed the ride in the jogging stroller and seeing all the dogs we passed, tractors, and we even saw a snake. Then we got back home and got to work on the days project....our sandbox. We had a picnic lunch in the back yard, helped daddy, found worms, jumped on the trampoline, and the boys took long naps! When nap time was over the sandbox was complete and we spent the afternoon testing it. To complete this great day....Jason grilled a wonderful steak and we had corn on the cob!! It is a little different here that we don't have several friends we could just call and say "hey come over", but we are finding our place and it takes time. We always said we wanted to lean on each other and I think this is teaching us how to do that and to be content (or at least I am trying to learn that:) )
