One thing Caden didn't get from me.....his teeth! I didn't have cavities growing up and never needed braces. Caden's teeth are straight but he has a cross bite....AKA....he will need expensive mouth devices later in life. He also has some cavities....AKA....a trip to a pediatric dentist and endodontist (sp?). I will say he did super at the dentist though. The x-ray machine alone I thought would really scare him but he did great. He did cry when she cleaned them (not sure why but he did). She was really nice about it though and said it sometimes helps because it gets them to open their mouth wider :). I will say that some of the cooperation probably was due to the new car he was able to hold and would get to open if he listened. I am not a fan of the dentist so I can only imagine that it could be pretty scary for a little guy having no idea what to expect. I was proud of him!
