Last Sunday all our company departed and it was a family day. Those days are always odd to me (not the family part of it but the saying goodbye to family after having them in town). We went to church and promised Caden a bike ride after his nap. We had to get our bikes out of the shed and air up the tires and dust off the cobwebs....sad I know. Guess what....we still knew how to ride! Blake wasn't so sure about the bike seat but he adjusted. We went for a nice long ride and Caden did great. The original helmet we had was too small for Caden so naturally it was handed down to Blake and Caden ended up getting a new one (that is one thing that stinks about being the little brother....none of your stuff is ever new). The weather this weekend was beautiful. It was a real tease of what Fall will be like. With the fall feeling in the air (and the fact we have harvested everything) Jason also got a new "toy" and was able to "tear down the garden". Too bad I didn't get a picture of that. Now all that is left are a few pumpkins and tomatoes.
