YIPPPEE!!

Ok I think I am finally back in touch and ready to start updating again. I have added some albums of pictures to our Shutterfly account which is probably the best way for you to preview what we have done over the past 6 weeks (cannot believe it had been that long!)

You will find 3 new albums.....

One album was from Nov through Dec 6. I guess since the blog was down I didn't take a lot of pictures from Dec 6th until Christmas (not sure what I was thinking or maybe I was just busy). We did take the boys to the Gaylord Hotel to see the lights during that time. We visited there last year and they loved it. This year they had just as much fun but I must say it totally wore mom and dad out and our nerves were shot.....Did you know that a 2 year old doesn't listen very well???? He kept saying he was going to tell Santa that he wasn't listening....Oh boy! It is also a lot harder to go and do things up here this time of year because it requires hat, gloves, jacket everytime you go out and we were in and out that night. We said next year we will get a sitter and the two of us can go and have dinner and enjoy a nice evening of lights and free shows:)

Another album is our Christmas here in TN. It was so fun to play Santa and get everything set up. Caden was so excited he had a hard time going to sleep that night. He was in bed for a while and came out and said "why is it taking him so long". He was trying to hear Santa come. I had to go lay with him and he fell asleep finally. Christmas day was very low key....I never even changed out of my pajamas! We did have one minor set back. Just when you think all is well and you have reached the peak of the day...... Caden was jumping on the new bounce house and fell back on the netting (to let it catch him) and the bouncy had shifted close to a table and he hit the back of his head. Jason ended up taking him to the ER and he got 2 staples. He was a tropper and was just glad he didn't have to get a shot. It was hard on me to let them go without me but we couldn't justify dragging Blake up there to sit for who knew how long. Caden actually does better for Jason in situations like this anyway. They returned and we concluded the day with a lot more playing and hanging out! PERFECT!

The last album is of our trip to FL. The boys were able to open more gifts and play with all their cousins (first and second). They love to go on treasure hunts so Jason likes to make maps and hide things and they go hunting!! They love it! They haven't really caught on to the idea that many of the toys were toys they have played with before:).
