I know I could use one lately. I have felt very out of control the past few days. I will not go into it all because it would be quite repetitive, but it mainly has to do with parenting toddlers!!! However, Blake has started making this face that just makes me laugh. I of course can say it is cute, but in all honesty it probably isn't. He often does it when he isn't getting attention and wants it. He is a total ham. I would prefer this type of attention seeking versus the squeeling or throwing food etc. Yes, we discipline for the other tactics but he doesn't seem to be bothered by that. He is very strong willed and I am learning just how strong everyday. I never new an 18 month old would use a staring contest as a form of control or defiance.

What a great face! I totally understand about dealing with a strong willed child. Mandy is ours. She just turned three and has an unbelievable vocabulary and can express all of her angst extraordinarily well. It drives me crazy sometimes. We've tried all kinds of disiplinary tactics, but we haven't found one that works really well yet, although time out is sometimes effective, but only sometimes. I wish you luck and hopefully things will go better for you! He certainly has an adorable face, so that must help some :)
