So over it!!
The house is a huge mess with the floors looking horrible. I have huge mounds of laundry piled in our bedroom floor that need to be washed and a load in the dryer that needs to be folded (need I not forget to say that I had to wash that load twice because I was so distracted when putting it in the first time I forgot the detergent). Blake was just covered from the top of his head to his neck in applesauce and peanut butter and jelly from lunch. The kitchen now needs to be cleaned up from lunch. I have not showered yet today (but that isn't really unusual). To top it off it is 45 degrees outside and sprinkling!! Oh what a wonderful day it is!!! Many say I should enjoy this time I have at home. I will try and do that when I find the time to sit back and enjoy it. Well, I would keep venting but now I have a nice diaper that needs to be changed and pee that needs to be cleaned up off the toilet :)

Praise the Lord someone else has the same life I do! I thought I was the only one LOL! Girl, I feel your pain. When I see moms at play groups at the park dressed up with perfect hair and make-up and a perfectly happy smile on their face, all I can think is...FAKER...I know you're not THAT perfect!!! I think we ALL feel this way. Only some of us are brave enough to admit it...and humble enough to not put up a front ;)
Just get it out, girl! Oh, I'm sorry you're having such a tough day. You know we've all been there. Where we just want to calmly walk out the door and keep walking and leave the little stinkers to fend for themselves! I hope, I hope that your night was better and that tomorrow will be better too. You know I struggle with the balance of everything, that's for sure. I think I'm slowly resigning myself that the work never stops unless we stop it. So at some point, just call it quits and give yourself some time to just relax.
Wish I was there---KB
Hi Lea, I don't even know if you will remember me. It has been such a long time since I have seen you and Jason. FSU was a long time ago :) I just stumbled across your blog through Dee's and thought I would say hi. You have such a cute little family. I can totally relate to the day you described. We have three kids, age 5, 3, and 8 months, so I am right there with ya. I hope that everything is well with you and Jason. Please tell him I said hello!
