There are many days that go by that I have had it with being a mom, but nothing beats hearing your 3 year old saying "happy birthday mommy, I love you". I think Caden was very excited it was my birthday today. If you ask he will tell you I am "three". He went with daddy and helped pick out a card for me that has dump trucks on it and he chose brownies and of course red candles. He had a gift in his room that Ome had helped him put there for me and he had kept it a secret for several days (so maybe he forgot but still). Even though we didn't do anything special and extra today, it was a great day. I was glad to have all 3 boys at home with me.....even if it did rain all day!! Thank you to all my family and friends for helping me still feel special even after 31 years.
