First picture of 2009....Jason and I at a New Year's Eve party. We had several silly ones and only one that was what I would call "decent"....Jason kept making me laugh or doing silly things....so much for a "good" picture. We enjoyed the adult company at Jay's house and all the wonderful food....way too much food.
I hope everyone had a great New Years and that the rest of the year is everything you set out for it to be.
As we look back at 2008 the most obvious change for us was our move to TN. It has been a good move for the most part, but not without it's challenges. I am now at home "full" time. I know I only worked one day a week before we moved but that one day gave me a small break and a little bit of the other passion I have...the babies in the NICU. Jason finished his commitment to the FL national guard and took the position in TN. He has a lot of long hours but he is working with a good group of guys that he already knew and some new friends also. The boys turned 3 and 1 and have adjusted well to their new home.
I have no idea where 2009 will take us. I hope to continue growing as a family here in TN and adjusting. I really just take things one day at a time. We hope to get better established in the church we have chosen.
We wish everyone a Happy New Year!
