Rest Assured!

With this little guy we all would need whatever help we could get...just look at the mischief!

In one of my not so proud parenting moments I opened the fridge to grab the juice and not sure why the side of the bottle caught my attention and this is what I read "Juicy Juice is committed to helping you raise happy and healthy kids. Parenting doesn't come with a roadmaps. That's why juicy juice is by your side throughout the journey...." Now doesn't that just make all of you stretched to the limit moms feel so much better!!! I understand it is a marketing logo etc, but really juicy juice creates some of my problems. For one Caden will drink too much and then pee all over himself. Also, we aren't supposed to give our kids more than 8 ounces of juice a day and yet that is what they want.....and yes my kids do get juice and probably more than 8 ounces a day but believe me (and you ask grandma's who probably don't dilute when I am not around) I dilute it alot! Not to get off of the point of my post though. I wish juicy juice could tell me how to deal with an 18 month old who is having a tantrum by the pantry because he wants another treat and I give him a snack but it isn't what he wants so he promptly throws it down. I am so glad that I have juicy juice at moments like these:) I am not trying to be sarcastic here but it just really struck me as funny yesterday when both boys were having fits. They feed off of each other. Being a stay at home mom or a mom period is hard work....no one ever said it would be this hard. It stretches you like you have never been stretched (literally). I wish there were roadmaps to parenting, then I wouldn't feel like I am hitting every speedbump and pot hole along the way. I am only 3 1/2 years into it and I am in desperate need of new tires and an oil change. So to my mom....thank you for surviving the difficult task of motherhood and for still helping so much....I bet you didn't have juicy juice to help you along the way:)
