I really wanted to take the boys to an egg hunt and had no idea where to go. Last year at our church in Tallahassee we had such a great time, I was missing that. So we "crashed" one. Well we weren't even really noticed but I saw a sign for a "community" egg hunt at a local church so we went. Blake was so excited and ready for the "eeehhhs". It was a little cooler than I expected it to be. They had a great time though and it didn't take Blake any teaching on what to do. Caden was very interested in finding a "red" egg....I didn't think he would since all I could see were pastels....but sure enough he found 3 RED eggs!! He was thrilled.
Caden is excited about the egg hunt and pointing to all the eggs on the ground. Blake is waiting patiently, but his patience didn't last long enough. I ended up having to do a lot of distracting.
Finally Blake could hunt eggs and he was off. He did great picking them up as fast as he could until one fell open and he discovered the "surprise" inside. Before I could stop him he had taken a bite foil and all:)

We had it on our plans that morning to go to the egg hunt, but we ended up skipping it. We took the girls to the Lowes workshop instead and then home to gather tax info so we could get our taxes done.
