We had some good friends of ours who moved from Tallahassee to TN before us come over on Sunday afternoon. It is so nice to visit with them and to have known them for several years. Unfortunately they don't live close enough to us now to visit more frequently but at least it is possible. Caden and Blake had a lot of fun playing with all the extra kids. All the boys went down to the creek for a while and came back very dirty and wet. They had seen frogs and crayfish and even a baby snake (that is why mommy doesn't go down there alone with the boys:) Caden isn't as into bugs as Blake, but he had to be brave today and he held a frog (it was alive) and a crayfish (he is quick to tell you it was BIG and it was DEAD).

Silly Caden decided he didn't want to get his pants wet (even though they already were) so he took them off. It is kind of cute with the boxer briefs and boots. Good thing it was all boys.
Caden being brave holding the worm (which really he doesn't mind) but the stretch was the frog....they said he was nervous.

How fun for your boys to be around these other boys. Looks like a fun bunch.
I think it is so cool that you guys have a creek that runs right behind your house. My kids would LOVE that! I'm sure it makes for a big muddy mess, but it sure looks fun!
It does make for a big mess and always wet boys. I don't venture by myself most days. It is actually on our neighbors land but they let us use it...it is about to be fenced though so not sure how easy we will be able to access.
